PHC collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: (i) information we receive from you on surveys, online registrations or other forms; and (ii) information about your account and your transactions (such as your spending and payment history) with us, our affiliates or others.

PHC limits employee access to personally identifiable information to those with a business reason for knowing such information in order to provide products or services to you.
Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures
PHC implements and maintains appropriate security standards and procedures to protect against unauthorized access to customer information. DANJ maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. DANJ educates its employees with respect to the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.
Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
PHC does not reveal specific information about customer accounts or former customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to nonaffiliated third parties for their independent use. PHC may exchange information with nonaffiliated third parties and reputable information reporting agencies (credit bureaus) to maximize the accuracy and security of such diligence or to conduct joint marketing efforts, but will not otherwise reveal specific information about its customers unless: 1) the information is provided to help complete a customer-initiated transaction; 2) the customer requests it; 3) the disclosure is required or permitted by law (i.e. subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, etc.); or 4) the disclosure is for marketing or similar services on our behalf or PHC has entered into a contractual agreement with a nonaffiliated third party for joint marketing purposes that prohibits the third party from disclosing or using the nonpublic personal information except as necessary to carry out the joint marketing effort(s). PHC may disclose all of the information it collects to companies that perform marketing services on its behalf or to other institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

PHC, when providing personally identifiable information about a customer to a third party, insists that the third party adhere to similar privacy principles that provide for keeping such information confidential.
